Le recrutement d'un adhérent
Tu souhaite faire adhérer un nouveau membre à Oteci ?
Tu trouveras dans les liens ci-dessous la fiche d’inscription à lui faire remplir. Elle comporte trois documents à lui faire remplir et signer.
Tu peux sinon lui faire parvenir le lien direct qui lui permettra de tout télécharger directement et de payer sa cotisation.
- Enregistrement d’un nouvel adhérent – dossier à remplir contenant :
- Bulletin d’adhésion
- Souhaits d’activités
- Droit à l’image
- ou copie le lien à envoyer pour le dossier d’adhésion et le paiement de la cotisation annuelle
Le parrainage
Lors du premier contact avec un futur adhérent, après avoir eu un échange téléphonique, il est souhaitable de lui présenter en visioconférence ou en présentiel le module 1 de la présentation d’Oteci ci-dessous :
- Lorsque son adhésion est enregistrée, un adhérent peut alors devenir son parrain et poursuivre la présentation ci-dessous pour lui présenter Oteci à partir du site web puis la partie membre national et enfin la partie membre de sa région ;
- Ensuite le parrain l’aidera à compléter son profil qui apparaîtra sur l’annuaire et s’intéressera à son profil LinkedIn.
- Enfin il l’orientera vers les responsables de missions pour sa première activité.
